That’s the philosophy behind the unique whole food and cooking program designed by the Bondi Chefette, Robin Jakobs. The Toronto native and long time Sydney resident, who has now residing in Gold Coast with her young family. Robin has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, focuses on helping clients achieve their personal goals through individualized meals and understanding real food. 

Focusing on leveraging food to fuel the body as the foundation for a healthier lifestyle, Robin’s food philosophy comes from personal experience. After years of feeling unhealthy and fatigued, she committed to changing her approach to food and life. Through those changes she found health, happiness and living her best life enjoying real food.

A classically trained chef with certification in both culinary management and food & beverage, Robin has spent her carrier abroad, studying a wide array of food styles while working for renowned private kitchens, operating her own catering business and as a personal chef in family homes and super yachts. 

Her experience and exposure to such a wide variety of client needs, has profoundly influenced Robin's approach to food as the bedrock to wellness. To support this passion for health, she continued her studies and became a certified adult trainer and nutritional coach. She now teaches and mentors individuals to overcome their food struggles and make lasting changes with the aim of living a longer, healthier and better life by eating food that is simple and clean.

 Importantly, I have experience cooking in private homes with and for people with varying dietary requirements and life circumstances such as people in palliative care, people with disability and children with allergies and intolerances.
