I offer a deeply supportive, in-home personal chef service designed to nourish mothers and support the entire family during pregnancy and after birth. My focus is on healing, warming, comforting food that supports recovery, energy levels, and overall wellbeing — while also fitting into the reality of caring for a baby.

Meals are thoughtfully designed to be easy to eat (often bowl-based), simple to reheat, and gentle enough that you can return to them when needed. Everything is created with the understanding that time, energy, and appetite can change daily.

I take into account:
- Breastfeeding 
- Sleep deprivation and fluctuating energy levels
- Limited time to sit and eat uninterrupted

My cooking style draws inspiration from nourishing, whole-food traditions across a range of cuisines, with an emphasis on warmth, balance, and comfort — never bland or restrictive.
